PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel display device forming a stripe-like light emitting layer and capable of achieving high degree of fineness and reducing its size by devising the arrangement of pixels. SOLUTION: In the pixel display device, the light emitting layer is formed like stripe, and two adjacent pixel rows 17, 17' have a stripe-like light emitting layer forming region W13 (B) provided with at least a blue-color light emitting layer 13 in common.
