PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a present method of separately collecting refuse, and to provide an invention aiming the construction of a circulating type society. SOLUTION: In an industrial product and package having material information written in the IC tag, a system improving refuse separately collection to be a further simple method, and enhancing a recycling rate of natural resources is provided.
