PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing packaging apparatus capable of effectively processing granules which can not be removed by a cleaning part. SOLUTION: The dispensing packaging apparatus is equipped with a dispensing part 6 for dispensing the granules 5 fed into an annular recessed channel 4 on a rotary table 3 toward the radial direction of the annular recessed channel, and packages the granules dispensed by the dispensing part. The cleaning part 8 is provided for removing the granules remaining on the annular recessed channel after dispensing is finished toward the outside of its radial direction to the annular recessed channel while the rotary table is rotated. An annular channel member 25 whose upper part is opened so as to receive the granules scattered to its inner diameter side to the annular recessed channel among the granules to be removed by the cleaning part, is arranged inward in its radial direction to the annular recessed channel so as to be concentric to the rotary table.
