PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert-molding die which can reduce the distortion of an insert member and the generation of molding burrs irrespecively of a mold misregister in clamping, and a shaft-like molded piece formed by the insert-molding die. SOLUTION: This insert molding die comprises a cavity side half 1, a movable half 2, a cylindrical movable insert 4 with a hole 4a through which the insert member 3 is inserted and a slide mechanism 7 which is connected with the movable insert 4 and moves with the movable insert 4 in an axial direction of the halves, when the cavity side half 1 and the movable half 2 are clamped. Further, the cavity side half 1 and the movable half 2 have recessed parts 1a and 2a of a semi-cylindrical shape which coincide with the profile of the movable insert 4, formed respectively. When the movable insert 4 in which the insert member 3 is inserted, is fitted to the movable half 2 and clamped, the slide mechanism 7 moves to arrange the hole 4a at a position which meets an axis of the shaft-like molded piece, and the recessed parts 1a and 2a of the cavity side half 1 and the movable half 2, are made to coincide with the profile of the movable insert 4.
