<p>Composite (I) comprises a powder form solid lubricant (3), preferably molybdenum disulfide- or tungsten disulfide-powder and a metallic matrix material (4), where the powder particle of the solid lubricant are coated with the metallic matrix material. Independent claims are included for: (1) a process for manufacturing (I) comprising (a) coating the powder form solid lubricant with the metallic matrix material (4) by using galvanic procedure; (2) a process for manufacturing component from tribological material comprising providing a composite powder (2); and compacting the composite powder to the component, preferably by sintering, hot isostatic pressing, or powder forging; and (3) a process for manufacturing tribological surface (1) comprising: providing a composite powder; and applying the composite powder on the surface by thermal injection.</p> |
