The use of electrical machine (10) using a laminated stator core with a stator winding and permanent magnets. The machine mutually accelerates a compressor part (12) and a turbine part (14) of a loading device (16). The compressor part and the turbine part utilize an energy contained in an exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine. The machine is arranged between the compressor and turbine parts. The machine is coupled with the compressor or turbine part by a shaft part (18). The compressor and turbine parts are connected with each other by a coupling shaft.
