摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic guide apparatus for guiding a moving body for travelling without a contact by always performing stable magnetic control even if a turbulence is generated in a sensor signal by shape of a guide rail. <P>SOLUTION: A signal correcting computer 31 is provided in a control device for controlling magnetic force of a magnetic guide device. This signal correcting computer 31 determines the variation amount of detection signals Ga and Gb of two gap sensors, and relatively varies weight coefficients &alpha; and &beta; based on the variation amount, and outputs a signal Gc which is obtained by adding the detection signals Ga and Gb which are multiplied by the weight coefficients &alpha; and &beta;. Even if a turbulence is generated in the sensor signal by shape of a guide rail, stable magnetic control is always performed so as to guide a moving body for travelling without a contact by using the output signal Ga for the magnetic control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
