PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting type organic EL display panel in which at least one side of a transparent light-emitting type organic EL device (also said as OELD) is made an extraction side of an emitted light (observer side), and which has a structure capable of solving a problem of reduction in visibility due to the effect of the side opposite to the extraction side of the emitted light, and a problem that in the case a pattern layer having light transmissivity or a transparent film in which the pattern layer is arranged in one of its faces is arranged on the observer side surface, the contrast of the pattern layer decreases under the influences of a color of the light-emitting layer and of the side opposite to the emitted light extraction side. SOLUTION: The pattern layer having the light transmissivity or the transparent film equipped with the pattern layer having the light transmissivity is arranged and installed at the emitted light-extraction side and the surface, and a color layer of a color tone to emphasize the pattern layer is installed at the side opposite to the first emitted light-extraction side, outside of a light-emitting part, and inside or outside of a second support body.
