PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify the external equipment of an information processor of communication failure contents generated in a communication bus in the information processor. SOLUTION: The communication bus failure notification system is provided with: a central processing unit 10 for performing the internal processing of an information processor 1; an interface control part 15 for performing data transfer through a communication bus 14 with the central processing unit 10, and for performing external communication with the external equipment of the information processor 1; and a bus bridge 13 for performing the relay connection of the communication bus 14 and the central processing unit 10 in a normal operation time, and for closing the communication bus 14 when any communication failure is generated in the communication bus 14, and the interface control part 15 is provided with a function for notifying the external equipment of the contents of the communication failure.
