PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste heat recovering device capable of stably and efficiently collecting power by recovering waste heat of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This waste heat recovering device having a Rankine cycle 20 to heat working fluid by the waste heat of the internal combustion engine 10 by a heater 22, to collect mechanical energy by expanding it by an expander 23, to condense and liquefy the expanded working fluid by a condenser 24 and to circulate it to the side of the heater 22 by a pump 21 is furnished with a temperature detection means 206 to detect inlet side temperature of the expander 23, an inlet side pressure detection means 207 to detect inlet side pressure Pex_in of the expander 23, an outlet side pressure detection means 208 to detect outlet side pressure Pex_out of the expander 23 and Rankine driving control means 32, S4 to control indicated revolution N_id of the expander 23 in accordance with pressure information P in consideration of superheating degree information SH and the outlet side pressure Pex_out.
