PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing packaging apparatus from which dust can be hygienically removed by reducing a chance for an operator to come into contact with a filter as much as possible. SOLUTION: The dispensing packaging apparatus can dispense granules fed into an annular recessed channel on a rotary table by a specified amount, and successively packages the dispensed granules. A dust collecting duct opened to a part where the dust of the granules is generated is arranged, and a dust collecting filter device connected with the dust collecting duct through a suction path for catching the dust passing through the suction path is provided. The dust collecting filter device has a catching filter and a mounting body mounted with the catching filter, and the mounting body and the catching filter are integrated with the main body of the dispensing packaging apparatus freely removably.
