PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle air conditioner reduced in cost and enhanced in comfort. SOLUTION: The vehicle air conditioner is equipped with a unit case 10 having a blowing passage 13 from an intake port 11 communicated to a vehicle interior RM to a blowout port 12 communicating with the vehicle interior RM, a blower fan 20 for forming air flow from the intake port 11 to the blowout port 12 in the blowing passage 13, a cooler 30 which is disposed in the blowing passage 13 and cools the air flow, a bypass passage 13b which bypasses the cooler 30 and is formed so as to converge with the cold air passing through the cooler 30, and a bypass door 40 capable of changing the flow passage cross sectional area of the bypass passage 13b. The vehicle air conditioner is used for exclusively cooling the vehicle interior by cooling vehicle interior air and blowing the air to the vehcile interior RM. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
