PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium alloy sheet having high strength and superior formability. SOLUTION: The titanium alloy sheet includes 0.8 to 2.5% of Fe (by mass%, hereafter the same), 0.10% or less of O (excluding 0%) and the balance Ti with unavoidable impurities, in which a metallographic structure satisfies the conditions: that the area rate of anαphase is 80 to 97%; the mean crystal grain size of theαphase is 10.0μm or smaller, and the standard deviation of crystal grain sizes of theαphase is 2.5μm or smaller.
