The present invention discloses a covering that allows the man to go to zero electrical potential when he is insulated from ground during rest. This is accomplished by using a covering to be applied between the mattress and the usual bed linen or to armchairs, divans and the like made of conductive composite materials which convey the electrical charges from the man who is electrically insulated from ground to a gathering conductive point connected to the covering and a ground plate or directly to the ground tap of the local electric system. |
