The invention relates to a bearing arrangement for a rotatable holding element (2) on a pivot arm (3) which is pivotable between a rest position and a working position (4), wherein in the working position, the retaining element rotates in a plane of rotation with an adjustable angle of incidence (a) with respect to a tyre of a vehicle and continuously positions anti-skid elements (5) below the vehicle tyre.
