<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service method for achieving transaction of energy in a temporally and spatially remote situation by installing a device for reducing carbon-dioxide emissions in a place, in common, where the reduction condition is excellent, virtually sharing it with a fund provider (purchaser) and, for example, converting the reduced amount into the number of points. <P>SOLUTION: A server 20 connected to the Internet 18 divides into small-lot, sales prices of the device 10 for reducing carbon-dioxide emissions that can be installed at a provided space and the server 20 provides a sales condition in the small-lot unit via the Internet 18. The server 20 acquires purchase information including names of purchasers, purchase prices, and a period of possession which have been input by the plurality of purchasers 24 from a terminal 26 on the basis of the provided sales condition. The server 20 registers the acquired purchase information in a purchaser database.
