<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display only an object related to a report at a key image in attaching a medical image including an object as a key image to a radiographic report. <P>SOLUTION: A medical image includes a measurement result object indicating a distance between two points. In writing an opinion in a radiographic report, when a measurement result object on a medical image is selected, the measurement value is inserted as an opinion. When the measurement value is inserted, object specification information for associating the measurement result object with an opinion is created. When a medical image is attached as a key image to a radiographic report, whether or not the measurement result object is associated with an opinion is decided based on the object specification information.
