<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector more reduced in the capacity of static electricity generated between adjacent contacts than ever attained and reduced in the size of its structure. <P>SOLUTION: The connector 100 includes a first contact 110, a second contact 120, a body 130 and a guide 140. Each of the first contact 110 and the second contact 120 has a body part, a connecting part extending from the body part toward the longitudinal one end side into contact with a mating connector at its leading end and a terminal part extending from the body part toward the longitudinal other end side in a twisted state. The first and second contacts are plurally provided. The body part 130 holds the first contacts 110 and the second contacts 120 alternately, in parallel and at equal intervals. The guide 140 holds a plurality of lead wires connected to the terminal parts of the first contacts 110 and the terminal parts of the second contacts 120.
