<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent delay or failure from arising when a plurality of encoded streams are displayed. <P>SOLUTION: In a moving picture decoder, I and P frames of four encoded streams S31-S34 received in a stream receiving section 5 in correspondence with four displayed images 1, 2, 3 and 4 are entirely stored in stream buffers 91-94. On the other hand, the I and P frames in the four encoded streams S31-S34 are read entirely from the stream buffers 91-94, and then decoded and displayed. With regard to five images 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 which are not displayed, only the I frames of five encoded streams S35-S39 received in the stream receiving section 5 in correspondence therewith are stored in stream buffers 95-99. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
