PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trivalent chromium chemical conversion treatment agent with which storage of metal impurities such as iron in a chemical conversion treatment liquid is suppressed and the frequent replacement of the liquid is not required. SOLUTION: The trivalent chromium chemical conversion treatment liquid is obtained by adding amino acid such as cysteine and cystine by≥0.01 g/L to a suitable trivalent chromium chemical conversion treatment liquid.
