PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable spectral module for causing light to properly enter a body. SOLUTION: The spectral module 1 includes: the body 2 for transmitting the lights L1, L2; a spectral section 3 for separating the light L1 entering from a front surface 2a of the body 2 into the body 2, and reflecting the light L1 to the front surface 2a; a light detection section 41 for detecting the light L2 separated by the spectral section 3 and reflected; a light detection element 4 electrically connected to wiring 9 formed on the front surface 2a of the body 2 by face-down bonding; and an underfill material 12 filled in the light detection element 4 on the side of the body 2, and transmitting the lights L1, L2. The light detection element 4 has a light transmission hole 42 for transmitting the light L1 propagated in the spectral section 3.
