PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child-carrying device that allows a reclinable child-carrying device to be firmly fixed at a prescribed position, and a two-wheeled vehicle. SOLUTION: A child-carrying basket 10 is provided with a child-carrying basket body 12 comprising a seat part 12A that allows a child to be seated thereon, a backrest part 12B, and side-face parts 12C on both sides. A rising part 6B of a handle bar 6 is composed so that a rotary shaft 60 is provided on the upper part side of the side-face part 12C in order to allow the child-carrying basket body 12 to be oscillable. The seat part 12A slides while being sandwiched between the lower-side guide part 74A and the upper-side guide part 74B. A fixing device 84 is provided at the lower part of the child-carrying basket body 12 so as to lock the child-carrying basket body 12 at an upright position or at a reclined position.
