PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a vehicular interior part capable of attaining enhancement fitting accuracy between a pillar garnish and a roof lining. SOLUTION: A mounting hole 20 is formed on a garnish lid 8 of the pillar garnish 3, and through-holes 21, 27 are formed on the garnish frame 9 and the roof lining 4. The garnish frame 9 is bonded to the garnish lid 8 such that the mounting hole 20 and the through-hole 21 are superposed, and a bonded body of the garnish lid 8 and the garnish frame 9 is superposed to the roof lining 4 such that the garnish frame 9 is clamped by a midway part and the mounting hole 20 and the through-holes 21, 27 are superposed. A clip 22 is inserted to the mounting hole 20 of the garnish lid 8 and the through-holes 21, 27 of the garnish frame 9 and the roof lining 4, and a distal end part of the clip 22 is engaged with a fixed bracket 25 at a vehicle body side.
