PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable another processing of a plurality of kinds of processing units except laminating by connecting an optional another processing unit to a holding mechanism by utilizing a laminating device. SOLUTION: The laminating device includes an exchangeable another processing unit which supports assemblies (4, 5) of laminating rolls and assemblies (6, 7) of laminating rolls by the side plate of a body side provided solidly with a body frame.
