PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer film or sheet having a low environment load, an excellent dimensional stability, and an excellent durability under a high-temperature and high-humidity environment. SOLUTION: The multilayer film or sheet is formed by laminating a plant-derived resin layer (I) (a polylactic acid, nylon-11, or thermoplastic starch), and a rubber reinforcing styrene resin layer (II) (the rubber reinforcing styrene resin independently, or an alloy composed by mixing the rubber reinforcing styrene resin and at least one kind selected from a styrene copolymer resin, a polycarbonate resin, and a polymethyl methacrylate resin).
