PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverted-triangular human waste collecting bag for emergency toilets having an opening in the long side and the bottom formed at the apex. SOLUTION: This substantially inverted-triangular human waste collecting bag has the opening in the long side of a triangle, and a human waste accumulation part formed using the apex direction as the bottom, being opened on a toilet seat to be served as a toilet seat cover, and using the both ends of the opening as binding means.
