PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a heat insulated paper container in which an outer layer low-density polyethylene film forms, on the outer surface thereof, a foam layer with a proper degree of thickness and heat insulating effect by vaporization and foaming by which vapor is generated. SOLUTION: In this method of manufacturing the heat insulated paper container, mainly (I) the low density polyethylene film is formed on the outer part of a base paper by coating, (II) a high density polyethylene film is formed on the inner part of the base paper by coating, (III) a pattern is printed on the surface of the low density polyethylene film on the outside of the base paper with a printing ink, (IV) a paper container is formed by pressing the base paper after the processes above, and (V) the paper container is heated by hot air of 135-150°C for generating vapor. The vapor is discharged to the outside since the vapor is obstructed and isolated by the high density polyethylene film on the inner surface of the base paper. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
