PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prophylactic and/or a therapeutic agent for prophylaxis, alleviation or relief of LUTS (lower urinary tract symptoms) after radiation therapy. SOLUTION: The prophylactic and/or the therapeutic agent for the LUTS after therapy with sealed small radioactive sources comprises silodosin or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof or a solvate thereof as an active ingredient. The silodosin formulation has the silodosin or the pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof or the solvate thereof in an amount effective for the LUTS after the therapy with the sealed small radioactive sources for combined use with the therapy with the sealed small radioactive sources.
