The invention is used for teaching and improving the technics and precision of impact movement in different sports disciplines, such as baseball, football, hockey, golf and tennis. The inventive device comprises a frame (5), a target (12) and a target return unit. Said target return unit comprises a rod (1), one end of which is secured on the frame (5) and the other end is connected to the target (12). The rod is provided with roller catches (9). The frame is designed in the form of a clamp and is provided with arc-shaped guides for the roller catches. Shock absorbers (11) are positioned at the end points of the rod travel. A spreader (8) and guides (7) therefor, which are in the form of rollers fastened along the frame perimeter, are incorporated into the target return unit. A unit for attaching the frame (5) to an upright (16) is made in the form of metal retention ring (15) which is provided with clamps (6) for fixing it to the upright at the selected height, and the carrying frame is provided with clamps for fixing it to the metal ring at a specified angle. The frame (5) can be attached to the ring (15) at any angle with the aid of rests (26) and a clamp in the form of a threaded rod (28) with a nut (29) which is provided with lever handles (30). catch linker |
