A cover structure of the fish box is provided, which can be combined with the fish box without the rubber banding and is easily separated by external shock. A cover structure of the fish box comprises the fish box cover of the rectangular plate shape. The box cover comprises: a stepped projection(10b) combined with the receiving portion outer ring periphery jaw(200a) of the fish box(200); and an upper plate(10) in which a plurality of through-holes are protruded downward. The outer end(20) is formed on the stepped projection of the fish box cover of the rectangular plate shape at the periphery height of the projection formed in the fish box.
