SEALING MATERIAL FOR SOLAR BATTERY PANEL, AND SOLAR BATTERY MODULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing material for a solar battery panel which is excellent in water preventing property and voltage resistance, and to provide a solar battery module using the sealing material for a solar battery panel.

SOLUTION: The sealing material 1 for a solar battery panel is manufactured by laminating an elastic layer 2 on the surface of an insulating resin film 3 while laminating a first water preventing adhesive agent layer 4 on the rear surface of the insulating resin film 3. Each peripheral end 12 of a solar battery panel 11 is so sealed by the sealing material 1 for the solar battery panel 11 and so inserted into a frame 15 as to support the solar battery panel 11 by the frame 15 in a sandwiching way via the sealing materials 1 and as to assemble the solar battery module 21.
