<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of iron lithium phosphate powder for an electrode which can improve conductivity by suppressing the content of carbon as it contains carbon inside. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of iron lithium phosphate powder for the electrode is provided with a process to prepare a mixed solution containing a carbon-contained compound, a lithium-contained compound, an iron-contained compound, and a phosphorus-contained compound, a process to form a minute mist from the mixed solution prepared, a process to form a fine powder consisting of an iron lithium phosphate precursor containing carbon by heating and thermal-decomposing the minute mist generated while circulating it, and a process to produce the iron lithium phosphate powder containing carbon by heating and calcining the fine powder in an atmosphere of an inert gas-hydrogen mixed gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
