<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for reducing wear of a vibrator of an ultrasonic motor of a forwarding apparatus employing the ultrasonic motor and wear of the surface of a driving opposite member. <P>SOLUTION: The forwarding apparatus 1 includes: an ultrasonic motor 12; and the driving opposite member 16 having a contact surface 19 to which the vibrator 18 of the ultrasonic motor 12 contacts. In this forwarding apparatus 1, lubricant applying mechanisms 21 each having an oil-containing member 22 impregnated with a lubricant are disposed on both sides of a direction along the contact surface 19 of the ultrasonic motor 12, and the lubricant applying mechanisms 21 are used to apply a lubricant onto the contact surface 19 while allowing the oil-containing member 22 to contact the contact surface 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
