<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement apparatus capable of flexibly responding demands relating to measurement. <P>SOLUTION: The measurement apparatus for measuring a spectroscopic characteristics of a specimen E using acoustooptical tomography is provided, which includes a light source 100 configured to generate light to be irradiated onto the specimen E, an ultrasound generating unit 5a configured to generate an ultrasound, an ultrasound focusing unit 5b configured to focus the ultrasound generated by the ultrasound generating unit 5a on a measurement area X of the specimen E, a light detecting unit 400 configured to detect modulated light derived from the light by an acoustooptical effect on the measurement area X of the specimen E, and a control unit 600 configured to control, based on an output of the light detecting unit 400, at least one of an intensity and a frequency of the ultrasound generated by the ultrasound generating unit 5a, an ultrasound focusing size made by the ultrasound focusing unit 5b, and an intensity of the light generated from the light source 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
