<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical bill creation method and system easily and surely selecting an examination payment body and efficiently creating the medical bill. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this method, a server of the medical bill creation institution such as a medical institution selects a sending destination of the medical bill for every insured person and performs an appropriate processing. This medical bill creation method is characterized in including a step selecting the examination payment body according to the insured person to be a source of the creation of the medical bill from database storing information of the examination payment body pre-selected for every insured person and a step for recognizing an address of a terminal of the selected examination payment body on a network and sending the medical bill of the insured person to the address.
