<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a highly accurate wavelet transformation even in a less storage volume. <P>SOLUTION: A filter processor 4 calculates: a first transformation-coefficient specified value to specify an H-component transformation coefficient Y (2n+1) (n: an integer); and a first transformation correction coefficient to correct the calculated result of the H-component transformation coefficient Y (2n+1), using inputted pixel data X (2n+1) and pixel data X (2n). The filter processor 4 calculates: a second transformation-coefficient specified value to specify an L-component transformation coefficient Y (2n); and a second transformation-correction coefficient to correct the calculated result of the L-component transformation coefficient Y (2n), using the pixel data X (2n) and the H-component transformation coefficient Y (2n-1). The filter processor 4 stores the first transformation-coefficient specified value and the first transformation correction coefficient, in a first storage unit 2, and the second transformation-coefficient specified value and the second transformation correction coefficient, in a second storage unit 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
