<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device which is allowed to restrict the payment of charge, based on the card information for an on-vehicle device. <P>SOLUTION: This on-vehicle device decides whether the payment of charge to merchandise to be purchased is to be permitted, when paying charge (S610) and performs the payment of charge, only when it is permitted; and the on-vehicle device checks whether payment inhibition conditions are established, after ending the payment of charge (S625); and when payment inhibition conditions are established, the on-vehicle device inhibits payment of charge to the merchandise, corresponding to the established payment inhibition conditions (S630). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
