PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concavo-convex adjustment mechanism that can be assembled into an image forming apparatus easily, and can impart a desired amount of deflection to a mirror effectively and reliably while suppressing the loss of power for the concavo-convex adjustment. SOLUTION: The concave-convex adjustment mechanism adjusts the concavity and convexity of a mirror 57, both ends of which are supported in a case. A stay member comprises a base part 61c having a surface parallel to the reflection surface of the mirror 57, and is fixed to a printer. A height adjustment member 62 includes a shaft part 62a that penetrates the base part 61c and can press the mirror 57, and is held in the stay member in such a manner that it can be moved in the direction perpendicular to the reflection surface of the mirror 57. When the height adjustment member 62 moves to the mirror 57 side from a predetermined reference position, the shaft part 62a presses the mirror 57, and when the height adjustment member 62 moves to the side opposite to the mirror 57 from the predetermined reference position, the shaft part 62a releases the pressing to the mirror 57.
