PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric resonance device adopting a configuration, where a distance between a dielectric resonator and a frequency regulator is shorter, as compared with a conventional device, allowing a filter that uses the dielectric resonating device to support a higher frequency and having small difficulty in both design and processing. SOLUTION: For the dielectric resonance device 10, its resonance frequency changes with a distance d between a dielectric resonator 3 and a frequency-adjusting screw 5. An aperture is prepared in the bottom surface portion of the frequency-adjusting screw 5 of the dielectric resonance device 10. The aperture accommodates a screw head of a fixed screw 4 for fixing the dielectric resonator 3 and allows the dielectric resonator 3 and the frequency-adjusting screw 5 to contact each other.
