PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for a connector, and the connector with the cover capable of carrying out shield simply and easily. SOLUTION: This is the cover 40 for the connector mounted on the connector 20 connected to a terminal part of a cable 10 formed by twisting a plurality of numbers of insulating wires 11, and equipped with a cable holding part 48 enabled to be externally fitted to the terminal part of the cable 10, and a grounding wire holding wall 49 which is arranged in the restoring direction of the bent grounding wire 11B, and holds the grounding wire 11B in a bent state when the grounding wire 11B out of the plurality of numbers of insulating wires 11 is bent to the ground side.
