PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide connection part structure of a lifting cylinder device in forklift, reducing a cost, by sharing a connection member regardless of a type of arrangement of a sheave. SOLUTION: The connection part structure comprises: a connecting member 11 fixed to an elevating mast member, and having a circular hole part 21a in which a tip part 6a of a rod part 6 of the lifting cylinder device 5 is inserted from below; an engagement member 12 engaged with an annular groove part 6b formed to an outer periphery of the tip part of the rod part from the side, and having an upper face abutted with a lower face of the connecting member; and a connecting bolt 13 connecting the engagement member to the elevating mast member side, while the engagement member is engaged with the annular groove part.
