PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet handling device and an image forming device, smoothly discharging sheets by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A handling roller holder 211 is disposed at the upper part of a handling tray 205. After the downstream end of the sheet S passes through the handling roller holder 211, a position changing means moves the handling roller holder 211 to a position pressing the sheet S.
