A blade (45) partitions each of the cylinder chambers (60, 65) into a high-pressure chamber (61, 66) and a low-pressure chamber (62, 67). The heights (H1, H2) of the outer cylinder chamber (60) and the inner cylinder chamber (65) in the direction of their rotation axis are different.
