<p>A slide cup of cells or bacteria with a spacer, includes a cup (2) in which the wall is closed with the bottom and the top is open, a heave loop (4) sets on the cup wall (2), a spacer (5) used for depositing and loading cells or bacteria is placed in the cup's lumen under the heave loop (4). There is a cup wall liquid guiding tank (3) on the inboard side of the cup (2).A bottom liquid guiding tank (7) is on the side of the cup's bottom which is communicated with the cup wall liquid guiding tank (3). The cup in the invention is safe for using, high efficient, can be smeared and stained uniformly, easy to clean, and the cells or bacteria need not be dried and fixed with chemical reagent after deposition . The sample of cells or bacteria is strong in the adhesion, need fewer operation steps and times.</p> |
