<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient service to customers by allowing for setting the time zone during which a customer is free of the commission for using an automatic transaction system for each customer. <P>SOLUTION: A host computer 5 stores account information for identifying the customer accounts and information of utilization time zone that shows the time zone during which a customer is free of the commission received from terminal devices (1-4) in a customer management database 6. An automatic transaction device 1 which has accepted the insertion of a card by the operation of the customer transmits the account information read from the card to the host computer 5. The host computer 5 extracts the information of the utilization time zone by searching the customer management database 6 based on the account information received, judges whether the current date and time falls into the utilization time zone extracted, and transmits the commission for using the automatic transaction device 1 in accordance with the result of the determination and displays on the automatic transaction device 1 to inform the customer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
