<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, or the like, for manufacturing a polysilane thin film of an optical switching element, with accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the polysilane thin film of an optical switching element by transferring a polysilane solution for forming the polysilane thin film of an optical switching element on a flexographic printing plate, drying and removing solvent in the transferred polysilane solution, and immobilizing the polysilane solution onto a base material to be printed, the polysilane solution for forming the polysilane thin film of the optical switching element is transferred to the substrate to be printed by the flexographic printing plate. The flexographic printing plate is obtained, by curing a resin composition containing a polymer (a) manufactured from polycarbonatediol where both the end groups are hydroxyl groups with a number-average molecular weight of 300-50,000. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
