<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the client device of a user to know, even before a network device such as a printer is used, its use restriction information. <P>SOLUTION: In using a network device 202 (202a or 202b), a user PC101(client device) acquires the print information (use information), and transmits it to a counter restriction server 201 (server device) and accumulates it, and acquires the counter information (use information) of the network device 202 from the counter restriction server 201 in response to an inquiry to the counter restriction server 201 in a prescribed timing (in starting the user PC, periodically, or in using the network device), and notifies the use restriction information of the network device 202 based on the acquired counter information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
