<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an influence upon display quality of an iridescent color pattern caused by gaps of patterns of a wiring layer in an organic EL display device. <P>SOLUTION: Additional wires 330 are disposed in gap parts while maintaining existing scan lines and layout of wires in pixels, whereby respective pattern intervals of additional wires 330, existing scan lines, and wires in pixels are approximated to a minimum pattern interval. The additional wires 330 have a fixed potential of an arbitrary value (including a ground potential) supplied thereto or are set to a floating state. Thus the wiring layer can be made flat, and the phenomenon that an iridescent color pattern is visually recognized on a background of a display picture to degrade the display quality can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
