PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a switching between a constant voltage control and a constant current control while suppressing an increase of cost without increasing circuit scale. SOLUTION: The circuit outputting voltage to a load is configured to make possible switching between a constant current control which controls the set voltage to a voltage setting part so that the detected current value by a current detection part becomes a constant current and a constant voltage control which controls the set voltage to the voltage setting part so that the voltage output to the load becomes a constant voltage based on the voltage value that is fed back by a feedback unit.
