PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a map dating determining device for determining the dating of a map. SOLUTION: This map dating determining device includes a color information receiving part 13 for receiving color information which is the information on the color of a region on the map colored in a color, corresponding to the attribute of a land; a corresponding information storage part 14 for storing corresponding information which is the information with two or more correspondences between reference color information which is the information on a color, corresponding to the attribute to a land, and date information which is the information indicating the dating; a date determining part 15 for specifying the reference color information which is the information on the same color as the color information received by the color information receiving part 13 and for acquiring the date information corresponding to the specified reference color information; and a date information output part 16 for outputting date information acquired by the date determining part 15.
